Permit for mobile homes, portable sheds, culverts, roofing, pools, signs, electrical panels, demolition.

Mobile home requirments:

New Home permit must be completed by the mobile home provider.

For all mobile homes:

A copy of the title must be provided. A plot plan must be provided. Mover information must be provided. Plumbing must be installed by a licensed plumber. A water shut off valve shall be installed no less that one foot from the meter. A sanitary clean out shall be installed near the mobile home. All other codes shall be enforced. It is the responsibility of the citizen to adhere to all codes. It is the responsibility of the citizen to verify if the home will fit on the property, including all setbacks and easements.
